Formula ...how are you guys surviving?

My child no longer needs formula but I cried at the shops today for all the other moms. Target , Walmart and both grocery stores had NONE Luke not even one can or bottle ... completely empty at every place I went. How are these babies not starving ? I haven't seen formula each time I've gone out. 
My heart is going out to all the formula moms right now this is so scary

I have no idea. It’s so freaking stressful. I got extremely lucky and got a few containers that were left but I haven’t seen any at all either. My lo just turned 1 month old today, we have a couple weeks worth but idk what we’ll do after that. Goats milk or something I guess?

I feel the same. My LO is 13 months, so we're (mostly) done with formula, but she still needs a night feeding or 2 and definitely prefers formula to whole milk. 
We're trying to fully transition her to whole milk because finding formula has become ridiculous, but she's fighting the transition and I'd rather keep giving her formula than her drinking nothing 😕

We’re not full formula we just fortify/supplement but we switched to European formula. Also there are Facebook pages that moms with donate their oversupply of breast milk (myself Included)

It’s incredibly stressful. My daughter is almost 5 months old and we struggle to find her formula constantly. Luckily if I can’t find any I can call her pediatrician to get a sample can to get us by. I’m not fully understanding the shortage anymore because it was 1 factory with the recall 3 months ago. Why haven’t things been replenished?! How are they expecting babies to eat? It’s absolutely terrible!

My son is going to be6 months old on the 21st and is flying through formula like crazy and the one that that has out an I'm going crazy because my son is very sensitive to everything. And I'm trying soooo hard not to sow him I'm freaking out over this not having his formula. It's just really hard I've searched like 7 stores to see if the had any but I've found nothing but empty selves

My lo is 9 months old and is mostly fed expressed milk but recently we had to start supplementing because my supply tanked (to the point where I thought I might be pregnant because nothing else changed). It’s been stressful for sure especially since my lo can only tolerate one type of formula but we had family all over the country looking for us. Now have a pretty good stock but I plan on continuing to pump after she turns 1 y/o and donating any formula that we have left over after her birthday

it’s super stressful for sure. my son is 8mo now and only has 3 bottles a day so we don’t need to buy as much anymore, but we switched him from Similac advanced powder to the liquid cans, and Enfamil A+ powder, and it’s been fine. Some moms can’t do this if their baby doesn’t take well to the liquid form or any other brand, so i can’t imagine their struggles.

I’ve gotten lucky and picked up 1-2 containers every couple weeks. Thankfully I get the big containers so they last a while. 
My daughter just turned 9 months and if I can’t find any when I run out, she’ll be on cow’s milk. Not ideal, but I can definitely get whole milk.

We always have done pick n save runs to look at the clearance. We did that before the shortage was that bad and found some concentrated enfamil that was clearanced. Our boy did well on it, so we toured the stores in our area and bought it all out. We just found 24 cans clearanced at a store in another city we visited, so he has a good stock for about two to two and a half months...but he just turned 6 months old, so we are going to have to widen our search area if we want enough to last to the 1 year mark.
