3 month old fever

What do I do for a slight fever for my 3 month old? I’m pretty sure it’s just from teething as he has no other signs of illness. I’m monitoring it closely and taking his temp every few hours and letting him nurse basically all day. His temp right now is 99.9 and going up from this morning. He’s feels hot as well and kind of sweating. Is there anything I can do else to help him? I don’t like giving medicine unless absolutely necessary. Bath? Keep him cold or warm? Thank you 🥺
