Measuring smaller?

I went in for a follow up scan to my anatomy scan today. I had my first anatomy scan at 19w 5d and then today I’m 23w 5d. On our last ultrasound our baby was measuring 66th percentile for weight, but now he’s only 20th percentile… I don’t think our doctor compares our ultrasounds but she said everything from this one was looking good. Should I be concerned? That just feels like such a big change in 4 weeks

With my first we had our scan at 23 weeks and she was in the 30th percentile I believe and then we went back at 27 weeks and she was supposedly in the 6th . We got sent to maternal fetal medicine where she measured more in the 13th and the dr there wasn’t concerned about her .

Ultrasound weight estimates aren’t that accurate. There is a pretty big margin for accuracy. An estimated weight fluctuation isn’t alarming because of this. Now if the baby was already born and there was an actual weight drop that fast it would be a different story. I’ve heard so many mamas post about how what the doctors thought the baby weighed based on ultrasound versus what the baby ended up weighing at birth being totally off.

No not at all. Babies are known to fluctuate like that and certian positions can give you slightly different measurements so they aren't always super accurate
