bleeding 🍑

hi y’all :) i’m 24 and had my first child in dec of 2019. when i was pushing, my nurses told me to push like i was pooping, so i did. this caused me to then have internal hemmorroids. i had been going to my pcp who prescribed me creams and suppositories and they aided A BIT but didn’t resolve the issue completely. my only other option is having to get them surgically removed. well, i’ve been insured. i started my job in march, and am also contract, so i have to wait to be hired on permanently to receive benefits which could take 3-6mos.

the other day my boyfriend and i were doing the deed. he had me folded up like a lawnchair 😅 he slipped and slightly went in to my 🍑 (talk abt the most excruciating pain everrrrr) since then my butt has been bleeding. i’ve had to wear a panty liner to prevent bleeding through (it’s not heavy or constant, just as a preventative) it bleeds most when i wipe my butt or poop — i wipe my butt even when i don’t poop. i just went #2 not too long ago, and it was a softer stool, but i bled a lot and even see clots coming out when i wipe. very very small clots. i’m in no pain aside from that, it just itches like it’s trying to heal. so i’m more so uncomfortable.

is there anything i could do for myself at home or with otc products? or should i just pay the price and visit my pcp or the er/urgent care.
