A bit confused 🫤

Went to the emergency room 2 days ago because I’ve been having some mild cramping and bleeding. But only when I wipe and maybe a few spots on my panty liner. According to my last period I should be 5 weeks. The doctor gave me a ultrasound from the outside and inside. And said he couldn’t see anything. He said that it could be I already had a miscarriage or it’s just to early to see anything. They did do blood work for my hcg levels and to figure out my blood type. But no no pregnancy test. They put on my paperwork that I had a miscarriage/ completed abortion. And I have to go get blood work done today to check my levels again. Idk what I’m really asking or maybe I’m just venting. Just want everything to pass already. I’m still tired and nauseous. Test still positive will mild cramping and spotting
