Slow rising hcg

I got a vvvfl at 12dpo on a frer.

On 14dpo my beta was 13

On 16dpo my beta was 47

On 19dpo my beta was 117

My doctor wanted to see my beta triple from 16-19dpo. So it should have gone to 141. I asked her about it taking up to 72 hours and she said usually that's when numbers are a little higher. At this point it should really double or more this early on. I go back for more labs tomorrow. Neither my doctor or I are hopeful. My test lines kind of stalled out which never happened with any viable pregnancy I've had. I have had some very minor pink and brown spotting and some cramps but nothing awful. I just have a feeling this isn't going to end well..
