I'm thinking China... it seems like they would have the resources and technology. Thoughts?

Do you mean where the actual meeting took place today? I’m pretty sure it occurred in Washington DC. 
Or do you mean what country is behind the UAP? To be honest I don’t think it’s out of the realm of possibility that extra terrestrials exist and visit Earth. They are clearly much more advanced than us though and don’t deem us worthy of real contact. 🤷🏾‍♀️
