Vomiting 😭

My babe will be 10 months this weekend. The past couple weeks she’s been fighting some sort of URI/cold type of thing. I will also say she has horrible GERD and is taking Pepcid for that. But in the last I’d say two weeks she suddenly started spitting up again. Not everyday but a good handful of times. And there have been a few occasions of vomiting. From 3 months old to this January she had weekly recurrent vomiting. We still don’t know why she did that. Since January it went to maybe once a month? Maybe not even that. But in these last two weeks with the spit up I think she’s vomited 3? 4? times. Tested negative for Covid (she’s had it twice and vomiting was a symptom the most recent time she had it). So I wanted to get y’all’s thoughts if you think shes vomiting because of this cold she has? Her GERD? Something else? Teething? I know that’s not supposed to be a symptom but what do y’all think? I just really hoped we had gotten past this vomiting issue she had and all of a sudden it started again like with the spit up.
