Discharge after sex?

All of my opks were dark between the 7th and 9th. They started fading by the 10th, I had sex off and on before the 7th and then those 3 days. Had an ultrasound sound on the 13th where I was told the clomid I am on caused enlarged cysts and my left ovary ruptured but they saw 3 follicles on the left side and a few on the right side. I just did a test and guess what negative. My period is due on monday, we had sex today and when I went to go clean up and went to the bathroom this is what I had.
