Night time potty training question!

My daughter is 3. She is fully potty trained expect for night time. I currently let her wear a pull up to bed at night because she still pees herself at night.

Nap time is no issue. She doesn’t wet herself during her 2hr nap.

At what age should she stop peeing herself at night? When should I stop using pull ups at night? We tried underwear at night for a week and she peed herself just about every night. I wasn’t too sure if we tried too soon 🤷‍♀️

Truly just needing guidance. We are new to all this.
