Am I causing his anger?

I feel like I’m making dumb comments.

So months back my bf and I had a rough patch, we’d argue a lot and every argument led to him ignoring me. It would be 2 days without him texting him and once it led to a full blown week. When that happened I blocked him. He showed up at my house worried. I said I wouldn’t tolerate the silent treatment. I told him I was done playing games in an adult relationship. He promised he wouldn’t do that and I guess that scared him. We have been doing great but now it’s been 1 day that he hasn’t texted me and I’m freaking out.

I know this might sound silly but the silent treatment gave me a lot of trauma. I feel anxious and I just feel like I want to scream from the anxiety. It’s crazy how I feel dependent on him and how much I wish he would talk to me.

It all started last night. He’s always talking about himself but when it comes to me talking about me he gets mad. Don’t get me wrong, I can talk about how my day went or my friends or whatever but if it’s about clothing or something relating to my looks he’s pissed!

I mentioned how I was at the gym. He said “ok bby” I send him a picture of the weights I was lifting bc I was proud. I told him my goal is to get thicker legs and a thicker booty. I told him I hate my skinny legs and he knows I’m insecure about that. He then makes a comment “how much thicker do you want to get? “‘I told him “what babe? It’s just a comment I just want a rounder butt and I’m sharing with you”

Then he says “do you hear my saying I want a bigger butt? You know what? This shit gotta stop”

This happened yesterday night around 7pm. He normally texts me goodnight and good morning. I know this sounds bad but literally was shaking at the gym and I had to leave. I felt guilty working out
