Is it bad i want to cancel on my bf last min?

I can’t believe I’m asking this question but I’m not feeling it prior to last time I saw him.

So last week my bf and I had a weekend getaway. He told me to pick the hotel and the dinner reservation. I picked the hotel and send him pics. He said it was fine and would pay. So we both drove ourselves there. Cause it was like in the middle of both us so there’s no reason for him to drive to me then back. He gets there literally 1 minute before me and he’s already calling me. I’m entering the parking lot of our hotel.

He sends me a voice message on the iPhone iMessage pissed saying why did I pick that hotel with shitty parking. He drives a large SUV. I’m getting off my car and he is coming to open the door. I’m happy assuming he’s going to hug me. Instead, he looks like he’s boiling! He’s so red and clenching his teeth saying “wtf you’re late and loook at this shitty parking get off and let’s go get the Fuck out”

His hands looks desperate like if he wants to grab my arm.

I told him “look next time you can get the hotel I’m sorry the parking is this bad. I’m just going to leave if you’re treating me this way”

He turns back clenching his arm and he’s like “don’t talk to me like that or you’ll see”

We go into the reservation and he’s pissed waiting far from me. I can tell the guy felt this awkward tension or if I was some prostitute paying for my own room cause he was distant and I was doing the work here. I get my phone and text my friend asking what I should do and then my bf approaches me and tells me “get off your fucking phone I’m right here hello?”

I told him “well you’re giving me dirty faces “

So we go upstairs to our room and he’s still complaining. He tries to kiss me but I can tell he’s still pissed. He grabs on to my hair but at this point idk if it’s foreplay ??? He always pulls onto my hair when we start making out. It didn’t hurt but he looked pissed. I was scared. Then he hugged me and apologized. Idk but I feel like this behavior isn’t normal.

Just last night he told me he punched his dad. He didn’t let me know what happned but he’s getting violent and I don’t want to see him tomorrow idk why?!!!!
