Kid-friendly vegan recipes please
My husband has been struggling with inflammation, he's allergic to gluten but also noticed he feels better when he avoids meat, soy, and dairy (he still eats fish and eggs occasionally). I still cook meat for me and the kids sometimes, but I feel like my vegan meals are mostly a bunch of side dishes, basic lentils, or soup. Does anyone have gluten free vegan recipes that the kids like, but feel like an actual hearty meal?
