Should I take my daughter to the er?

So my 3 year old has had a high fever of 102 for 2 days now and I’ve been switching between Motrin and tylonel every 4 hours. She seems to be getting better I think and I’m positive it’s Bronchiolitis as she’s had it before. Anyways I’m monitoring her blood oxygen levels and heart rate with my owlet and her blood oxygen is about 97% but her heart rate is 165-168. That’s super high but I know childrens heart rates are usually higher when their sick. Is this a reason to take

her to the er or should I wait until tomorrow to get her into the doctor?
