Late HCG levels?

Hi
My cycle is always 28 days. I’ve always been so regular. 
I’m now a week late and I’ve taken pregnancy tests and they’re all coming back negative.
I’m really confused as this is very unusual for me. I have different symptoms to my usual pms (different type of cramps, shooting pains from my armpits to my boobs)
Has anyone had a late positive pregnancy test result before? Is it worth requesting an HCG blood test?

Most likely, you ovulated later than normal. It happens to us all at some point. Totally normal and fine. No need to get a blood test. I would wait a week and test again at home if you don't get a period.

How did you track and confirm ovulation? If tests are negative and period is late it’s usually due to late ovulation or no ovulation. The later you ovulate the later your cycle will be.
