Do you suffer with Endometriosis and how do you deal with it?

I found out about 4 years ago on my own while reading my medical notes a few months before my Dermoid Cyst surgery. Then the doctor later confirmed it I believe they knew for a while but denied knowing, I also did some research about it and I attended a seminar to further understand Endometriosis.

Answer

Doctors have mentioned it several times but I wasn't diagnosed formally, since you need surgery to do that. 
But yes, I suffer quite a lot of cramps, pain, crazy PMS, and have some other diagnoses now on top of the endometriosis possibility. 
I use my heating pad a lot, pain cream on my low belly, but it doesn't seem like one can plan for the really bad pains, and I sort of had to learn to deal with them. It sucks.
I've heard the best treatment for endometriosis is where they cut it out with a knife rather than laser removal or burning. Hopefully you can get the right surgery & it helps! 
I'm probably going to end up there soon as well, I just don't know what kind of surgery yet- but my condition is debilitating at this point. It hurts almost all month, sometimes makes me pretty sick, keeps me from eating enough actually. 
Endometriosis itself can cause a wide variety of symptoms in different people, depending on the location. I hope you have doctors who will help you, and I hope you don't give up advocating for yourself.
