30 day late period

hi so first of all keep in mind that i’m a type 1 diabetic so not sure if it’s coz of this, but my period is 30 days late and im freaking tf out. i’ve had irregular periods before where im 5/6 days late but NEVER 30 and i’ve never missed a period. i can’t count how many pregnancy tests i’ve done because of my anxiety i think i’ve done about 10 and they’ve all been NEGATIVE!! idk what’s going on. i’ll post a pic of my discharge aswell. someone pls help me. ik i should go to the doctors obviously but im freaking out and im just thinking im having a missed period x
