How long is the water good for?

My baby just turned 6 months 2 days ago. I’m getting ready to start introducing purées & water. My question is if I put water in her bottle & she doesn’t drink it, how long is it good for? Can I add some formula?? I know that once baby starts a bottle(formula) she needs to finished it within an hr or it won’t be good anymore. Is it the same with water? This might be a stupid question but I’m a FTM so please no judging.

There isn’t any need to have plain water at this point. Formula should only be mixed as instructed on the can, and lasts 1 hour after baby has taken the bottle.

Water is fine for a couple days. 
I don’t recommend doing water in a bottle when starting solids. Do a straw cup or open cup. 
Babe doesn’t NEED water under 1. Formula gives all the hydration babe needs. Water, if given, is more of a cup training thing and should be kept under 4oz a day.

Usually water is good for about 2-3 days in a regular cup or something. You just don’t want it to get stagnant sitting there for multiple days 😊 I usually just pour my extra water to my dogs dish or water the plants.

Well I used bottled water and put small amounts into baby’s sippy cup.
I would keep the water there maybe half a day or so
Or maybe after each meal the water will be thrown out of the sippy cup as it needs washing.
Get small bottles and once opened I’m sure it’s ok for few days.
