I don’t know what to do with my autistic child while I am sick

I have Covid and am alone with my two kids who are 4 and 2. My 4 year old is autistic with ADHD and SPD and he is not giving me any sort of “break”… not that I expect that from him but I genuinely don’t know what to do. He is screaming at me and head butting me to go outside (it’s storming), when I try to sit on the couch he climbs on top of me and tries to pull my hair. He has been screaming and throwing things since 7am. I have no energy to play with him. I tried to put on a movie and my 2 year old is content but my 4 year old is relentless and cannot sit still or entertain himself with his neurodivergence. Please help. I feel so sick and don’t know what to do. I have no help. Family is 500 miles away and husband is at work and cannot leave (military), can’t get a helper because I’d get them sick.
