Good Evening,

This past Saturday I found out that I was pregnant and I was filled with joy sadly following Monday I had a miscarriage I am wondering if there is others out there with my situation if you guys have advice on how to move past this what should I do there’s some depression behind the situation I mean I haven’t had a child in 16 years in the pregnancy was definitely unexpected what should I do
