Did anyone have an early miscarriage while having Covid?

So I found out I was pregnant and was feeling dizzy before I ever tested positive for pregnancy. A week after finding out I had a miscarriage. Then 6 days later I was still feeling what I thought were the pregnancy symptoms before so I do another pregnancy test thinking something was left behind and that one was completely negative so I thought I would do a covid test and that came back immediately as positive.

Now I feel like I had the covid before I had even tested positive for pregnancy and maybe that is why I miscarried. Has anyone here had a miscarriage because of covid?
