Heartbreak

So I'm 6 weeks pregnant, and yesterday I started cramping really bad and started bleeding, nothing heavy and only 2 small clots. I was rushed to the hospital, got there around 5:30pm left around 10pm. They tested my HCG levels, it was 315. The doctor ultimately said everything was inconclusive with how far along I am and told me to comeback in two days for more blood work to see if my hcg will raise. I woke up this morning, still cramping and still bleeding. I have this terrible feeling I lost my baby, this is my first pregnancy, and the amount of tears I have shed just from yesterday is crazy.
