Toddler rash??

This wasn’t on her this afternoon, but we’ve been playing outside all evening and just got in and put pajamas on, and I saw this. I’m FREAKING out. What does this look like to y’all? She said “it itches and hurts”. I gave her Benadryl, but I’m very worried.

This second picture is the updated pic! I’ve been using calamine lotion, and gave her Benadryl last night when it first appeared.

Poison Ivy? Or oak? My first thought especially since you said playing outside. Do you have calamine lotion

Poison ivy. Wash with soap and use calamine to ease itching. Either cover it or teach her how it can spread if she itches and touches other body parts. Call the pediatrician in the AM, send them pics, and they'll let you know what to do. Out of an abundance of caution, check her temperature too.

It looks like poison to me as well. I would call the after hours nurse to see if they can tell you the best thing to do.

I would go to the pharmacy and they should be able to look at it and give you an ointment to try
