What type of discharge is this?

I was supposed to get my period a week ago but I’m late (there’s literally no chance I’m pregnant so I’m not worried about that).. instead of getting my period I am having clear discharge but I’m confused why

It’s clear and the texture is jelly-like… meaning it kind of jiggles so I don’t know what this means or what part of my cycle I’m in

I’ve already gotten the clear stretchy discharge 2 weeks ago that would indicate I was fertile but instead of getting my period this week, I have this discharge.

What part of my cycle am I in or what does this discharge mean??

All the pictures I look up just tell me fertile, or creamy discharge but this isn’t either of those… it’s clear and jiggly lol
