What were your pcos symptoms?

What led you to your pcos diagnosis? I have a Stong feeling I might have it and I know I need to go to the doctors to get it diagnosed I just am always so nervous about going in for nothing. I’m curious what has led to others diagnosis/ symptoms. Thank you

1-2 periods a year, overweight, a few dask hairs on my chin and neck.

I'm in the same situation. I have hair on my face and now even on my chest and stomach. I'm all over in hair. Acne as well. Please see endocrinologist. It wasn't my hormones but it was actually insulin resistance which can lead to diabetes and now I'm getting checked for diabetes. Don't ignore the signs and symptoms.

I got diagnosed with Polycystic ovary's last month it took 4 years of me ttc before they found out I had 20 cysts on each ovary and now they are helping me with fertility treatments they can normally tell if you have it by ultrasound they check for cysts  also they noticed in my blood tests  my hormone level were wrong I also had signs like thick hair growth on my face and places it shouldn't be irregular periods or non at all also I wasn't ovulating x

Irregular periods, no period for over a year starting at 15, then a ruptured ovarian cyst that landed me in the hospital for a few days at 17 which is when I got the diagnosis.

Dark hairs in random places, trouble losing weight, and high estrogen levels. I knew the estrogen level by asking my pcp for fertility blood work to be ran.
I didn’t get an official diagnosis I think you have to have like 5 of 7 signs but it’s suspected I had cysts in my ovaries. I also have hypothyroidism and celiac. We are diagnosed male factor. Never got pregnant on our own. We have two babies thanks to ivf
