Possible pregnancy/previous ectopic

Soo.. it’s not confirmed I am pregnant at all yet as it’s too early to test but I have a horrible feeling I’m going through this again😢 so I had a very healthy pregnancy august 2020 with my little boy who is now nearly 2. We then fell pregnant again in February this year and soon after it was a confirmed ectopic. No tubes removed or medication taken as it just passed naturally.. we are trying to conceive our second child at the moment and today I have had quite sharp pain on my right side. I know this could possibly be a sign of an ectopic but could I just be over thinking it? Did anyone else have this in really really early pregnancy before they even found out they were pregnant? Like I said I don’t even know if I am pregnant yet so it could be nothing. If you have read to the end, thank you!! X
