Seriously need some advice

I don’t wanna get into allll the long exhausting toxic details but- long story short I met a man 2 years ago, he was charming and amazing. We conceived a baby in January and I’m due in September. However right after I conceived he changed.

Now he says he wants to be in baby’s life, however he’s constantly accusing me of things and that’s why we broke up. Selfies I take must have been for men, I want attention, I love my ex still because we co parent well. Blah blah.

Well after I found out I was pregnant and things got bad, I had him move out. He left, but won’t leave me alone. He’s been stalking my 12 year old daughters tik tok from my previous relationship, and it’s stressing her out so she deleted it.

Before she deleted it, what really made him snap last night was she posted a video of her dad and talked about how she loved him and posted funny clips of them all goofing around. Idk how he even saw her videos if he’s blocked and she is private which leads me to believe he has a fake profile and is even maybe pretending to be another child and added her to see her stuff. Weird right? We closed her account down, she’s upset. Tik tok has a new option and before she blocked his actual page, it was showing him looking at her stuff. So, now he’s mad about the dad and I co parenting and wrote me and said “ as long he’s around it gives me more rights to take my son away when he’s born “ proceeds to say he will make up lies call Cps and make my life hell. I do want him on my new baby’s birth certificate, he’s a nut. He’s causing me massive emotional stress and this pregnancy has been miserable. :( I printed out 200 plus screenshots of him and his craziness last night, and a restraining order packet. I just feel scared and uneasy:(
