Desperate need of help for my newborn !!!

My baby is 13 weeks. She throws up non stop and cries hysterically at least 5 hours a day. The crying is only after meals for about an hour each time. I’ve tried ten different formulas, breast milk, gas drops, burping, different nipple and bottle sizes, small more frequent feedings, and she is now on Pepcid. Nothing helps, she throws up at least an entire ounce every feeding intermittently. Doctor just increased her pepcid. But no matter when I give it to her she can’t keep it down. I’ve asked for a GI referral he keeps pushing it off. So I got a new pediatrician- who also says let’s wait to see if she grows out of it. I called GI doctors without a referral and they are booked until September. I’m at such a loss. Any advice????
