Sick toddler

My 14mo old has been running a low grade fever for 2 days and by low grade I mean 98- 100 it goes up and down but she feels really warm. She’s fussier then normal and has a wet cough that sounds horrible. On top of that she is teething bad. She’s refusing food which is unlike her. She’ll take a couple bites and then says no. All I can get her to really eat is apple sauce the squeeze kind, she’ll drink about 8-9 oz of milk and some watered down juice that’s it. Not sure what to do at this point.
