When did/are you going on maternity leave?

Hi ladies. I'm due near end of july. I had been discussing maternity leave with my boss and am taking my last day 5th july so il be 37 weeks. Mainly because i have GD and they made out as i would definitely not be going over my due date so i wanted time to fully prepare etc... 
Just wondering around the time other july mamas are taking there maternity leave or when you did start it yours before your LO's arrived? X

I’m leaving work during my 37th week.
This is my 4th.
There ain’t a damn reason I need to work up until my due date 😂 I don’t feel bad about it one bit. I want all the rest and relaxation I can get before having another baby.

I worked until 39 weeks. I would have worked up until labor but I was an executive asst and my boss needed a smooth transition over to the temp

With my son I was planning on working to 37 weeks. My waters broke at 36+5 so I never made it!

I waited until the day my OB said I'm not going back to work 🤣 I was being checked our and she said my blood pressure was creeping up, got induced a few days later.

With my son I worked until 39 weeks, I stopped working on Friday and had him the following Wednesday.
