costochondritis help

* I have an appointment with my doctor but just wanted to other feedback to possibly ease my mind until then*

I highlighted the area in blue where I am in pain. Chest pain mostly to the side. Hurts to make movements (ie. Sit up straight) hurts to cough, take deep breaths, sneeze.

It started 2 days ago after lifting and slightly turning my 4 year old daughter as soon as I picked her up I felt a shooting pain in my chest. It was starting to get better but has just started to increase again in pain. (Possibly due to the physical aspect of taking care of my children?)

Just wondering if this sounds similar or anywho who may have insight. Thanks!
