24 year old and 53 year old red flag?

So I make tiktok videos and this 53 year old man messaged me and started commenting on my videos. He is not bad looking at all he is in shape but he is 53 which is older than my dad and I am 24. Plus he has two grown kids who are 17 and 19. His daughter is 19 and I’m only 5 years older than his daughter. I just got out of a relationship and I told him explicitly that I am not interested in a relationship anytime soon and he said he just wants to be friends. I gave him my number now we are texting. Red flag? Yes /no?
