I’m such an idiot.. anybody ever injure a big toe?

Okay sooo my husband and I were arguing. I was so mad I kicked my stove (please don’t judge me) I feel sooo stupid. I didn’t mean to kick it the way I did. I had crocs on & they bent & my big toe instantly swell up & was black and blue. They told me the toe was not broken which caught me by surprise bc I couldn’t move it. It’s been two weeks now and it’s still bruised & I cannot bend it & it has a sharp pain. It is also slightly crooked. I am so nervous this won’t heal.... any tips. Any advice? Anybody ever injure a toe??
