Reaction to food challenge?

My almost 3 year old had her peanut challenge yesterday and passed🙏🏻🙌🏻!! After we got home she ended up getting a fever. I called the allergist and the nurse said it’s very very rare that it would be associated with the challenge as a fever is not a symptom from a food allergy. We left the office at 12, at 2pm she started getting whiny. I checked her temp at 4 and it was 101.8 gave Tylenol. At 5pm it went up to 102.1 then at 2 am went up to 102.9 (gave Tylenol again). This morning her temp is 100.5. My question is - has anyone else’s LO got a fever after a passed food challenge? She was with a 2 year old that had a temp on Sunday (which we didn’t know about until after we left 🙄) , so maybe it’s just a coincidence? I will be calling the pediatrician to make them aware and see what they say also. I would love any input! Thank you
