So last summer I ended up in hospital TMI ⚠️

I was convinced I was pregnant I just randomly woke up as usually to go do my night shift I woke up nd started throwing up with pure blood and I’ve had rly rly bad pains so I went to hospital at first they said to me I have a cyst that they have to remove I’m not sure if that was chemical or the embryo was connected outside of my uterus then I went for another scan saying I have to get my surgery done because of my appendix even if I was pregnant no one mentioned that to me or was I in early pregnancy but after 3 days of sayin in hospital and surgery I got discharged I did a test and there wasn’t any lines did that ever happened to anyone ??
