How to move on even though you love them

I have been seeing this man for a while now I love him with all my heart but anymore I feel like he doesn't want to pursue it anymore. How can I move on when he still calls me and gets mad when I don't answer and etc. I wanna work it out but it can't just be one of the two to work it out. I even did a tubal reversal for this man to hopefully have children but it doesn't matter what all I have done for him. I think he wants me out of his life just don't know to get rid of me since I gave him about 200k to buy race cars and etc. I think he's just tolerating me so he won't have to pay me back. He won't kiss or hug me or tell me he loves me anymore. I feel like it's always my fault. I wanna work it out but I need to show him if he isn't going to do something I am gone. Or just to see if he is really even gonna come around me and my two girls.
