Help me please because I just can’t think!

What do you do when you clearly know that the man you’re with just isn’t fit to have kids with but you don’t wanna leave? Honestly I’m sick of men! This man is my husband of 7 years too 😅. It’s actually not funny. I just know I would be left doing majority of the work with the said child. 60% of me want a child and I feel 40% doesn’t know/isn’t sure. I just feel like what we have now works as he’s actually starting to pull his weight after several years but there’s still too much work to be done.

And I swear if I leave him, I just can’t be bothered with another man. I feel majority are either plain useless or have mastered weaponised incompetence. Help! Thank you
