11w3d constipated all day

And finally had a bowel movement almost like if I had diarrhea and crampy as I finally pooped. 😩 and also the nausea is just bad. Looking forward for 2nd trimester and hoping it relieves some of my symptoms and if not oh well lol as long as baby’s growing and growing 🥲😅
