What should I do

So my fiance works an hour away and I'm alone eith our toddler all day. Plus he comes home at night. I just ask him to text me (which be can) that he's staying longer or he's on his way. Just because he comes home late and I just get worried about anything happening to him because he's gotten in some accidents before, etc. So he doesn't a lot of the times. I'm always the first one to text or call. And funny when the days he has to

stay later are Fridays and Saturdays. I just don't say anything and let it be. But he does this when he leaves somewhere for a long time (like when he's with his family). He can do as he pleases but somtimes I need him to be like hey, I'm on the way my dad needs to use the bathroom . Can you pick ip the place or somtimes I'm not wearing a bra and he just unlocks the door and I'm with no bra or the house is a mess (in his eyes) and he then gives me crap for it infront of people but if he would have let me know with time. I could have fixed it. But yeah it's just a lot. I'm venting because we just talked about it and his excuse is yeah I just wasn't thinking orni forgot. And thats been multiple times where he's said those 2 things. So he did it again tonight (Saturday) where he should be home and he isn't. Just one text. I think its because I just wanted him to do it once and I'd let it be. To show like ok I hear her. But nope.. so yeah idk what to do at this point. Just stop worrying or caring.
