So worried !): wrong diagnosis ??

My now 7 month old has been getting these for the past 4 months and it has gotten way worse.. it started off super small and now has progressed to this (I’ll insert one picture of the first time I noticed it till now ) it even led to a small spot on her face .. her pediatrician said it was eczema but I’ve done everything she’s recommended from changing her laundry detergent , shampoo , body wash , lotion to all eczema friendly  and nothing has worked. Does this look normal ? My baby drinks formula (soyinsomil similac ) to be exact .. can this have anything to do with this ?

Looks like eczema flair up, try oatmeal baths, and oatmeal lotion. You may need a eszema cream from her dr.

Have you gone to a pediatric dermatologist?

Eczema or allergic reaction. My kiddo had a soy sensitivity when he was little, which has since cleared up. He didn't get a rash from it, though. You could consider doing an allergy panel, but I'm not sure if there's an age limit. See if they can refer you to an allergist.

What the hell??? Changing laundry detergent and using "eczema friendly" lotion isn't enough... eczema has to be actively treated or it will get worse fast. We used aveeno's eczema wash (soap  free) with the intensive night cream every single night. That kept it mild until it eventually went away around 18 months. Also sunlight everyday 15 minutes on each side either early in ther morning or late in the afternoon NOT midday. That pediatrician doesn't know what they're talking about.

Looks like my boys eczema. 
Be careful that some eczema friendly body products can still cause reactions. 
I’d try bathing with water only and no hair products. Use a eczema emollient (in the UK epaderm infant is good). Then use an ointment over the top to lock in the moisture. Cream needs to be applied at least 4 times a day with a flare up. 
Could be worth changing milks if that could be the cause. If dairy is in their diet try to cut that out for a while to see if it clears up x

My daughter had the exact same thing and we were also told it was eczema. She told us to apply cortisone to it twice a day for 3 days and it clearer it right up!
