Is this Implantation Bleeding?

I am 13 dpo and IUI.  I am not supposed to start my period for another 3 days.  I am also experiencing a different kind of cramping, and have had alight nausea for the past few days.  BTW, I have the odds stacked against me.  I am 45, have PCOS, and Hashimotos. I just started TTC this cycle.
