Nexplannon and Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol
Does anyone have experience using Regulate Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro Inositol to regulate their period on Nexplannon? I’ve had it for years but I’ve recently started experiencing long periods and intermittent spotting and cramping. I have a doctors appointment, no worries. Bought this product to see if it can help while waiting.
