Hey all, im a week and one day post and my midwife is worried about hemorrhaging. Im passing some big clots but not filling a pad, i have seriously strong cramps (worse the menstrual) waiting to be seen in Er, anyone else go through this. I cant leave my baby girl alone in the world ... It just us.
