Missed Periods Negative test

I’m 8Days late on my periods and from last 8Days I’m having vaginal discharge with slightly light blood went to OBGYN she did urine pregnancy test it was negative then she did UTI test came out negative she did sonogram she found less then 1cm cyst which she said not to worry about. She sent pregnancy blood test it will be here by tomorrow. But I’m super confused what I’m going through can anyone help?
