Miscarriage timeline

Hi! I was about to be 9 weeks when my dr said my sac was growing very slowly and only measuring right over 5 weeks and I was going to miscarry. A few days later I started spotting. I’ve been spotting/bleeding for 3 days but not overly heavy… just a little heavier than a period. Small clots but nothing large or scary. It seems like my bleeding has slowed down today.

I’m guessing it’s not over, right? I keep seeing people saying they had awful cramps and tons and tons of clots. Has this happened to anyone? Of course all miscarriages are different, but does anyone have any insight on this? Is it possibly over or am I just being naive? What can I expect?
