How to get to the hospital during labor

How are you planning to get to the hospital if you go into labor and have nobody to drive you? I’m really starting to wonder about this as I know it wouldn’t be smart to drive myself. My hospital is about 35 min from my house, my husband works about 45 min away, and my mom lives about 20-25 min away. So nobody is very close to me. If I go into labor in the evening it shouldn’t be a problem, but if it’s during the day then I’ll be at home alone. Has anyone ever used Uber or Lyft to go to the hospital? I know ambulance is an option too but those are sooo expensive.
