No dominant follicle
Hi all had my CD10 scan today and have no dominant follicles 😞 I have a ton of small ones I have attached pictures. They want me to keep with the 37.5 iu of Menopur and come back Monday. Anyone had any experience with no dominant follicles this late in a cycle?
