Dizziness
I’m 10 weeks pp and bf and have been getting some very intense dizzy spells, often after feeding. It persists while I’m sitting down. Is this a normal side effect of hormones? I don’t get it every day so it could be down to hydration levels, iron, tiredness, having a slight cold etc but I’ve never had dizziness like this so wondering if it’s to do with the pregnancy or breast feeding.
