Tampons or pads ?

I alternate:During the day,I use always tampons.At night,pads.

I used to use tampons, but my doctor told me that is better to use pads because tampons can cause infections or irritation and several problems, so I'm using pads and rarely tampons.

If I had to pick between the 2 I'd pick tampons, but I switched to using a cup and period underwear years ago and it was the best decision.

Tampons. I don’t mind pads but I would usually leak at night with them and eventually after a few days they’d give me like a diaper rash. 
I switched to a cup and would probably never go back to pads/tampons again

I have fully switched to pads. Tampons give me worse cramps and cause too much pain lately. I feel so much better wearing pads. And before anyone says I'm wearing the tampon wrong etc. I am wearing them correctly. I know how to out one in. It just causes too much pressure.

I actually use both. I’m a heavy bleeder and tend to have leakage so I also wear a pad with a tampon
