Spotting ?miscarriage?6weeks 6days

Well…I need some help guys.. tomorrow I will /would be 7 weeks and we’ve had 3 miscarriages in the past 2 years and I just got up to use the bathroom and saw this.. I could be jumping to conclusions and I hope I am. But does this look like I’m losing my little one once again 🥺 idk what I’m doing wrong (don’t mind the black fuzzies they are from my sweatpants) my body is starting to ache more since I saw this especially my lower back.

I have a appointment tomorrow morning because I have multiple lumps in my breasts..should I mention it tomorrow? They probably will just make me make another appointment and not help me while I’m there… I also have my first nurse visit at the same place on Wednesday due to being high risk but they aren’t doing any ultrasound or anything.
